What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work properly, remember your preferences, and — with your consent — let us understand how the site is used and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
How we use cookies
We group our cookies into two categories:
Strictly necessary cookies Always on
These are essential for the site to function. They keep you logged in during the order journey, remember which step you’re on, and store your cookie consent choice. We cannot switch these off, and they do not require your consent under UK law (PECR Regulation 6).
Analytics and marketing cookies Consent required
With your permission, we load:
- Google Analytics — to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, plans chosen, where visitors came from);
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, Google Ads and TikTok Pixel — to measure whether our adverts lead to orders and to show our ads to people likely to be interested;
- the Awin affiliate tracking tag — to measure referrals from partner websites.
These are only loaded after you click “Accept all” on the cookie banner. If you reject or do not respond, they are never set, and nothing about your visit is sent to these companies.
If you accepted these cookies and then place an order, we also tell Meta that a purchase was made (the order value and an order reference), together with your email address, phone number, name and postcode in a scrambled (hashed) form, so Meta can match the sale to the advert you saw. Meta cannot turn the hashed values back into your details. We don’t do this if you rejected marketing cookies. Withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie settings”.

We only use the tags we have switched on, so you may not see all of these. If we add other non-essential cookies, we will update this table and ask for your consent before setting them.
Your choices
On your first visit we show a banner asking you to Accept all or Reject non-essential cookies. Both options are a single click — neither is harder than the other.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working properly (for example, the checkout).
Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are set under the “strictly necessary” exemption in the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), Regulation 6. No consent is required for these.
Marketing and analytics cookies are set only with your prior consent, which you give by clicking “Accept all” on the cookie banner. This satisfies PECR Regulation 6 and the consent requirements of UK GDPR (Articles 6(1)(a) and 7).
