Is there a minimum term?
30-day plans have no minimum term: you can leave with 30 days' notice and no exit fee. 12 and 24-month plans have a minimum term in exchange for a lower monthly price. If you leave early, the monthly charges left in the term become payable. After the minimum term, plans run month to month.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Text PAC to 65075 from your current phone to get your Porting Authorisation Code, then enter it when you order. We move your number across, usually by the next working day, and your old service works until then.
